We are confident that you will adore your new piece(s) of India Kate jewellery however should you find an error or fault with your product please return it using the following process:
Place the returnable item in its original undamaged packaging
Post using Royal Mail Special Recorded (insured).
Retain the posting slip as proof of postage.
Your item will be repaired and returned or if required we will return your initial purchase fee.

- Should you wish to return your item, you must contact us within a 7 day period from the purchase date. Any time past this period we will be unable to accept returns.
- We are sorry but due to hygiene reasons we are unable to take returns of earrings.
- Unwanted non - faulty items will be refunded less postage and paypal fees incurred by us.
